Warm Nights

I took Dutch for a walk tonight and it was so warm and inviting. It made me want to play tag or Run-Across or something child-like. I think that warm evenings are God's gift to children. His way of saying, "Have as much fun as you want in this big beautiful planet that I've made for you. When you go to sleep tonight you'll smell like sunshine and wind and have happy dreams."

I love that the weather is getting warmer and I can't wait to play with Dutch outside every day (with copious amounts of sunscreen on both of us). So celebrate the warm weather when you have it by sitting outside, even if it's just for a few minutes.
