Dutch is getting to the point where he needs a quiet book on Sundays. I was thinking of making one, but since I'm not very crafty I will either need a very specific pattern or to buy one outright. Any ideas?
I have a lot of patterns for quiet book pages-plus ideas on how to make one easily and inexpensively. I am not sure how to get all this info to you, but I would be glad to help. I believe quiet book pages should all have something to do-not just a picture, but the individual pieces should be attached somehow so they don't get lost. Even an easy quiet book does take a lot of time to make, but you could make it so you can add pages to it as you finish them.
Ours is a family of 6: Chris the husband/daddy, Pam the wife/mama, Dutch the handsome little boy, Dane the troublesome toddler, Captain Buddy the little dog, and Oso the big dog.

Ooo, I want that, too.
